Tim Cynova

Tim Cynova is Fractured Atlas's Chief Operating Officer and oversees the organization's Finance, Operations, and People functions. In that role, he serves as one of the four members of the organization's non-hierarchical leadership team. Prior to joining Fractured Atlas in 2009, he served as the Executive Director of The Parsons Dance Company and of High 5 Tickets to the Arts. Before arriving in New York in 2000, Tim worked for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Association for the Advancement of Arts Education. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a trained mediator, and publishes frequently about People-Centric Organizational Design on Medium, How We Work, and on Work. Shouldn't. Suck.
