Natalie Bamdad

Natalie Bamdad joined Change Elemental in 2017. She supports Change Elemental consulting engagements through research, analysis, and project management. Her core areas of expertise include strategic planning and program design and implementation. Prior to joining Change Elemental, Natalie worked as a Senior Associate at Community Wealth Partners and provided strategy and capacity-building support to nonprofit clients focusing on racial equity, health, education, and workforce development.
