Mirella Rangel is Co-Founder of Colibri Collaborative, a woman-led collaborative with more than 100 years of combined experience developing ways for organizations to navigate change powerfully with those most impacted at the center. Colibri provides opportunities for leaders and teams experiencing change to get clear and stay grounded in their shared purpose, create extraordinary partnerships, and develop smart plans. After more than 20 years of experience working in education and nonprofits as a community organizer, teacher, administrator, board member, policymaker, executive director, and Colibri collaborator, Mirella has learned the importance of working together with clarity and purpose.
