Miecha Forbes is the primary lead for Koya’s Human Capital Consulting practice and has deep experience in education and youth development. She brings a unique combination of human capital, executive search, and consulting experience from both the nonprofit and private sectors. The basis of her work is to help organizations solve their most complex people challenges to achieve strategic goals. With her background in organizational development and talent management, Miecha currently engages with clients on founder transitions, succession, talent acquisition, manager training and coaching, performance management, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture and employee engagement, and compensation.
