Isabel is Colombian and the former Organizing Director of the Florida Immigrant Coalition. Isabel is a former fellow of the Trans Justice Funding Project, Grantmakers United for Trans Communities, and Grantmakers for Effective Organizations' Change Leaders in Philanthropy. She serves on the board of directors of Borealis Philanthropy.
